Barber Jon's Three Peak Challenge · 13 September 2025

We're on a mission to educate the world's poorest children. Millions of boys and girls are desperate to get an education yet never get the chance to go to school. We're doing something about it.

Story

Thank you so much for visiting and supporting this challenge! 🙏

This weekend, I’m taking on the UK National Three Peaks Challenge — hiking the three highest peaks in the UK: Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike, and Snowdon — all within three days. But here’s the twist: I’ll be carrying a full-sized barber chair 💈 on my back the entire time, with the goal of cutting hair at the top of each mountain! ✂️🏔️

I’m raising £10,000 to support five incredible charities that each hold a special place in my heart. Your donation — no matter how big or small — will make a huge difference. Please share, like, and get involved so we can spread the word and maybe even start a movement of extreme barbering, proving that you can achieve anything if you set your mind to it. 💪💈✨

📚 OneChild Ghana

OneChild Ghana is a small but powerful charity committed to breaking the cycle of poverty through education, protection, and empowerment. 🇬🇭✨

Working with local communities in Ghana, they provide:

School sponsorships for children who otherwise couldn’t afford to attend

Dormitories and safe housing for vulnerable kids

Access to clean water, food, and hygiene essentials

Vocational training and mentorship for older youth

Many of the children supported by OneChild Ghana are orphans or from families living in deep poverty. Without support, these children are at risk of dropping out of school, exploitation, and generational poverty.

In the coming years, OneChild Ghana aims to:

Build more classrooms and dormitories

Hire local teachers and mentors

Launch community-led farming projects for self-sufficiency

Reach even more children in rural villages

Your donation directly funds a child’s education, safety, and future. It’s not just a donation — it’s a chance at a better life. 🌞
