Starting on the 12th of June, on what would have been Arthur's fifth birthday, I will be carrying out a year-long press-up challenge.

Each day until the 12th of June, 2026, I will be increasing the number of press-ups I carry out in the day by one. So on the 12th of June, I will complete one press-up (should be do-able), but this will get progressively trickier as the year goes on. For instance, on Christmas this year, I'll be finding time to do 196 press-ups (should help burn off some of that turkey).
