HICCUP(S)-

2024 got hit with a crazy amount of additional challenges and delays...

June 2024 (original date for the challenge) was postponed due to a house move for Jane and Mike falling on the same week.

Secondly, original barefoot warrior (Jonny) requested additional time to toughen his feet after a painful run up Snowdon.

Then our driver Mike had a family emergency and had to pull out of the trip this year, leaving us barefoot, high and dry :(

And lastly our marketing expert Rosie lost a dear family member.

So we decided to sit back, re-group, and let the dust settle before having a less bothersome training run in 2025!

RULES:

No shoes for the entire ascent of the hike.

Shoes allowed during descent for a speedy descent.

No shoes to be worn on the drive, flight, shopping trips and media opportunities either.

WHO'S IT FOR?

We're doing this for Jane, Rich's mum, who was diagnosed with Progessive Supranuclear Palsy in 2021.

THE PSPA

We're raising awareness and funding for the PSPA, the only UK charity dedicated to improving the lives of people living with Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP) and Corticobasal Degeneration (CBD).

The PSPA provide information and support for people affected by PSP & CBD whilst funding research into the causes, treatment, and eventually a cure.
