Hi everyone,

Just in case you weren’t aware cos I haven’t bored the pants off you about this already, I’m doing a fundraising event for the charity I work for called Enthum Foundation on Saturday 10 June in Norfolk. It’s called a quadrathlon as it has four disciplines. Swimming(1mile),kayaking (4miles), cycling (46miles) and then a run along a beach and through a bog(8miles).

You’ve probably heard me banging on about this in years gone by but I haven’t done it for a few years so wish me luck.
