What we are doing

Barnes Construction has sponsored and entered a team for the 2025 Extreme Abseil at Ipswich Hospital.

Our team are undertaking a 135 foot abseil down Ipswich Hospital maternity block (The Tower - one of the tallest buildings in Suffolk).

We are raising funds for The Colchester & Ipswich Hospitals Charity and hope you can support our team and this amazing charity by donating as much as you can.

The Charity

The Colchester and Ipswich Hospitals Charity raises money to improve facilities, fund new equipment, provide additional services, support staff development and initiate local medical research and innovative projects at The East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust.

Every donation is greatly appreciated and makes a real and positive difference to the experience of being in hospital.
