Barnes Construction has entered a team of six members to take part in the 2025 Chariots of Fire Relay raising funds for Roald Dahl’s Marvellous Children’s Charity whom provide specialist nurses and support for seriously ill children. There are currently over 200 Roald Dahl Nurses caring for over 40,000 seriously ill children across the UK.

The relay race will start and finish on the Queens’ Green, and follow a 2 mile route through Cambridge city centre, and through some of Cambridge University’s colleges, each team member will complete 1 loop before handing over the baton to their next runner.
