On June 27th I am taking part in Total Warrior 2026. This will be 10 years on from the last time I did the event.

To coincide with this I will be raising money for PANS PANDAS UK who have launched their Summer Challenge 2026.

I am doing this to support families like my own (Georgia was diagnosed with PANDAS over 3 years ago) who live with PANS or PANDAS everyday. These little known conditions can devastate a family almost overnight, leaving them confused and frightened about what the future might hold. PANS PANDAS UK often becomes a lifeline for these families, helping them to understand the conditions, to find help and giving them hope for the future.
