This page is to raise funds for the 2023 Sunninghill Village Wheel barrow race. It runs around the village and teams start at 12 O'Clock in Sunninghill on 1st May. The event is organised by the Ascot Rotary Club with all funds going to the Ascot Day Care centre in the Village.

The Ascot District Day Centre is an independent charity-run organisation, providing a home from home environment for the elderly of Sunninghill, Ascot and Sunningdale. It has operated for more than forty years offering members an opportunity to meet friends and to socialise, in a structured and safe environment.

Due to a shortage of drivers it is currently opening just 3 days a week. However, they are working hard on finding drivers to enable them to open more days.

Its a great event if your about come down and watch Amanda, Justyn, Sharon and myself run around in fancy dress having a half in each pub in the village while raising a few hundred pounds for the day centre in the village which we will need in time.
