Hi!

Sam and I are taking on the Dragons back - a 236 mile route down the mountainous spine of Wales from Conwy in the North to Cardiff in the South. The elevation covers twice the height of Everest...or 13 x Ben Nevis. I don't know which sounds worse...We do have six days to complete it though!
