💙 Running the London Marathon for RJAH 💙
Hi everyone,
I turned 40 this year, and wanted to take on something meaningful that could help others. I’m honoured to have secured a place to run the London Marathon, and I’ll be doing it to raise money for the Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital (RJAH,) an incredible hospital that changes lives every single day.
RJAH isn’t just any hospital; it’s a place filled with compassion, dedication, and hope. The staff there go above and beyond, giving people back their independence, supporting families through difficult times, and providing care that truly transforms lives.
The work they do has inspired me deeply, and I want to give something back. Running 26.2 miles is no small feat, but every step I take will be for the patients, families, and staff who make RJAH such a special place.
Training for the marathon has been a real journey, filled with early mornings, tired legs, and moments where I’ve had to dig deep, but knowing that each mile brings me closer to helping others keeps me going. I’ll be keeping you all up to date with my training along the way, and hopefully we’ll see some real progress together!
Donations allow RJAH to:
- Provide state-of-the-art equipment and facilities
- Offer extra comfort and care to patients during their recovery
If you can, please support me in this challenge. Every donation, no matter how small, will help RJAH continue its incredible work — funding vital equipment, research, and support for patients and their loved ones.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for any support you can give. Together, we can make a difference. 💙
For RJAH. For every step. For every story.
