Bash Kara, a beloved coach, mentor, and friend whose impact on the sport of tennis and those he coached will be felt for generations will be greatly missed by those at Swanmore Tennis Club. Known for his boundless enthusiasm, unwavering patience, and genuine care for players of all ages, Bash dedicated his life to the development of tennis, inspiring young athletes and fostering a love for the game that transcended competition.

As a campion for junior tennis it is not a surprise that his favourite charity was a local one that supports children.

Naomi House & Jacksplace provide expert hospice care to more than 550 life limited and life threatened children, young adults and families from central southern England. Our vision is that every child, young adult and family receive the care services they need, when and where they need them, for as long as needed. We offer vital respite support, giving families the chance to recharge their batteries and regroup in a calm, fun and welcoming environment.
