On Saturday October 25th, 2025, I’ll be taking on my second Hyrox competition in Birmingham, and this time, I’m raising money for Macmillan Cancer Support.

I was inspired by an incredible ex-client, Dawn Bannister, who was diagnosed with cancer while we were working together. Witnessing her strength and journey, I wanted to support a cause that is close to her heart.

Before this, I didn’t know much about Macmillan, but through my research, I discovered how much they do for people across the UK living with cancer. They offer vital mental health support through counselling services, as well as providing someone to talk to when times get tough, helping people not just physically, but emotionally too.

It was an easy decision to help. My goal is to raise £400, and I’m training hard to make this competition count but anything beyond that would be a beautiful thing.
