Bauder’s Northern Counties East team are proud to be taking part in “Bauder’s Sleep Out to Help Out” by joining Simon on the Streets’ Big Sleep Out 2025!

At Bauder, social value and giving back to the community are central to our team philosophy. Across the UK, our regional teams regularly take part in community initiatives, and this October our Northern Counties East team will be braving the cold to spend a night sleeping rough in Leeds City Centre to raise awareness and vital funds for those experiencing homelessness.

Simon on the Streets is an independent charity supporting people who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Their work focuses on those who are often hidden, isolated, and overlooked, providing long-term, person-centred support.

This includes helping individuals access safe accommodation. Connecting people with primary healthcare and mental health services. Supporting recovery through addiction services and trauma-informed care. Providing ongoing emotional and practical support, for as long as it takes. Their belief is simple: every person’s journey is different, and real change takes time, trust, and compassion.
