Bazaar for Hope and Play: A Family-Friendly Day out for Charity · 2 March 2024

We believe that every child has the right to safely play, learn and grow in an atmosphere of happiness, love and understanding. Through trauma therapy, education and play projects in war zones and refugee camps, we add hope and play to the lives of Palestinian children who are denied both.

Story

Richmond and Kingston Palestine Solidarity Campaign (PSC) are honoured to be hosting the Bazaar for Hope and Play. Join us for a family-friendly day out to raise funds for charities supporting the wellbeing and mental health of children in Gaza. This fun festival will feature engaging activities, food, and shopping for children and adults:

- Activities will include face painting, origami, and henna

- Food stalls will be selling cakes, and a variety of food. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate will be able to purchase.

- Shopping for Mother’s Day? We’ll have cards and art donated by local artists, high value raffle items donated by local businesses, plus secondhand books, toys, and clothes for sale

The event will be held in central Kingston from 10am until 4pm at the United Reform Church (Eden St, Kingston upon Thames KT1 1HZ). All proceeds from the event will go to our two charitable beneficiaries: Save the Children and Hope and Play.
