Story
💙🤍 Hello all! 🤍💙
We’re raising money for the Brain Tumour Charity on behalf of our friend Alison Byrne-Paul who was diagnosed with an incurable brain tumour aged 31. Despite the devastating diagnosis, she has fought brilliantly and continues to battle through these tough times with her head held high.
From the beginning of our friendship which started many years ago in school we have been through highs and lows, made many plenty of memories and even more laughs, so we thought it was only fair we did our bit by supporting her in the best way we can! We have created “Byrne’s Brainy Bunch” and decided to push ourselves out of our comfort zones!
We’re teaming up to complete a sponsored walk to raise funds for her chosen charity “The Brain Tumor Charity” and will be walking just short of 10 miles from her house to her beloved Wigan Athletic’s DW Stadium. Any donations are greatly appreciated as we understand times are tough at the moment. If you would like to join us in our fundraising efforts please feel free to share the page.
Brain tumours are the biggest cancer killer of people under 40, and we want to help raise awareness and funds towards vital research into how we can stop this affecting young lives ❤️
