Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

The WOODPECKER PROJECT is a charity that encourages people to take on fitness challenges to realise their inner strength and raise awareness for mental health.

Their key goals are to:

EDUCATE individuals in Mental Health First Aid training

EMPOWER people by demonstrating the benefits of exercise for mental well-being and showing how their courage can inspire others

ENCOURAGE open dialogue around mental health by using our challenges as a natural conversation starter. When people ask “Why are you doing that challenge?” it’s an opportunity to share our mission and reduce stigma.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
