SUPPORT OUR PARAS is the only charity which exists solely to support The Parachute Regiment and Airborne Forces, looking after veterans, serving soldiers and families within our Airborne community.

We are there for our nation’s paratroopers through the good times and the bad; from the moment they join our family to the sounding of the last post.

Whilst deployed in the Falkland Islands, B Company 3 PARA will be conducting an accumulated mileage challenge to raise money for SUPPORT OUR PARAS.

The Company will cover over 16,000 miles which is the approximate distance from the UK to Port San Carlos and back, the journey which the Battalion made in 1982. The mileage will be covered by running, tabbing, rowing, swimming and cycling. Following in the footsteps of the Battalion in 1982, the final part of this mileage will be completed by conducting the 55-mile TAB from Port San Carlos to Stanley, including Mount Longdon.
