Beatrice Mills is raising money for 40tude

Putney & Fulham Half Marathon · 5 April 2026

40tude is an innovative charity tackling colon (bowel) cancer, the biggest cancer killer of non-smokers in the UK. However if it's detected early, through regular testing, it can be easy to treat. Early diagnosis can save lives. See our website for more about the symptoms and testing options.

Story

Honoured to have got you here reading this.

I am running in support of 40tude, a charity close to a dear friend of mine: the Moore to my Mills. 40tude is working to raise awareness for regular testing of colon (bowel) cancer. Colon cancer is the UK’s biggest cancer killer of non-smokers, but it can be treated if detected at an early stage. By continuing to raise awareness for its symptoms and how to get regular testing, we really can save lives.

Any donation is greatly appreciated and goes straight towards transformational research and funding. However, this run is really about sharing how important it is to go get yourself and loved ones tested. So pang på rödbetan! (Don’t beat around the bush, as they say in Sweden)

Thanks for being curious enough to click on and help me support 40tude curing colon cancer

Lots of love, Bea xx
