Hey Everyone,

On the 7th December 2024 I am fighting for charity in an Ultra White Collar Boxing event in which I am raising money for Beacon House Ministries of Colchester, Essex.

Beacon House is a charitable organisation in which they take in the homeless throughout the week, providing them with shelter throughout the day, food and other necessities that people without a roof over their head will need. Beacon House is a safe environment for those in housing need and the wonderful staff there help to get a pathway plan in place for each individual whether that’s helping them with their financial struggles and registering with the local council or seeking medical treatment due to the conditions they live in, the list really does go on which is horrible in itself. This wonderful charity has become like a home to some of the guests providing them with hot meals, life skills and somewhere that they can feel safe without the feeling of being judged. Without donations from the public none of this would be possible. Beacon House work extremely hard to offer each and every individual they welcome through their doors the time, care and compassion that many of them need.

Homelessness is rife within the UK but this organisation are close to my heart, one being from where I’m from and having the privilege of volunteering for them seeing all these different individuals walking through the doors in need or help of reassurance or even just a safe space during the day and not feel so looked down upon is just one of the many reasons as to why I chose to raise money for this cause.

Please if you have anything that you are willing to donate or that you can afford your donations will go a long way in helping Beacon House to continue to be able provide a safe haven for their wonderful guests.
