Dear All Friends, Relatives and People I've never met

Myself and my two very, very long time mates are going to do the Monte Carlo or Bust Car Rally in our very own super sports car, well ok, not exactly a sports car but actually a 1997 Vauxhall Corsa 1.4 Automatic, not just any old Corsa, this one is a GLS, very impressive I hear you say.Three grown men, One very very large one, one very tall super fit one and one thats a lot smaller than the very large one plus 3 lots of luggage crammed into a very small 29 year old Vauxhall Corsa, what could possibly go wrong!!!.

The answer is probably everything! especially when I tell you that we actually have to drive about 1,800 miles.

We are doing the rally to raise some much needed money and to raise awareness of the terrible disease known as Duchenne's Muscular Dystrophy. Please read about DMD.

I'm not going to say to much more but one of my very best friends has three lovely children.Two boys and a girl. The two boys came first as they were born as twins.Ned and Oscar. Both have grown up to become fine young men, now 18 years old. Fantastic, but with just one big difference Ned has Duchenne's.

We are doing this rally as a bit of fun but with a serious side. Please see all the photo's I will be posting in the next few days.
