Story
In 2019, my sister Nathalie was diagnosed with kidney failure. As a result, she must go for dialysis 3 times a week, involving spending half a day in a medical facility. Each dialysis is the equivalent of running a marathon.
This very heavy treatment has had a massive impact on her life and greatly limits what she is able to do. She has been on the waiting list for a kidney transplant for over 5 years.
I have decided to walk 100km from London to Brighton over 2 days continuously to raise £1000. I will set off at 7am from Richmond on Saturday 24/05/25 and I hope to get to Brighton on Sunday afternoon.

The money raised will go to Kidney Research. They are a leading charity focused on funding research into the prevention, treatment and management of kidney disease. I am hoping that my small contribution will help advance research that could have a positive impact on my sister’s life.
Any contribution will be much appreciated. Merci 😊
