Named after St. Louis surgeon William Beaumont, Beaumont High School opened its doors in January 1926 integrated in the late 1960s, and welcomed its last graduating class in 2014. Situated in the heart of North City St. Louis, Beaumont served as a beacon of community and education symbolizing unity, progress, and resilience in the face of adversity.

Despite the closure in 2014 marking the end of an era, the spirit of Beaumont lives on through its dedicated alumni who gather each year across the street from the school at Fairground Park. This annual reunion is more than just a gathering; it’s a celebration of shared memories and enduring friendships.
