For some reason I have decided to put myself through the pain and damp of training for a 5k this summer on Exmoor, please please help me motivate myself!

I am raising money for local charity Wivey Link which serves the area we now call home, reducing social isolation for people living rurally.

So please either join up with me or support me with your hard earned cash so that I can't have any excuse to cancel at the last minute!

For now, I am on the Couch to 5K app plodding through my three runs a week, looking forward to longer runs and warmer longer days...
