We’re Walking on Fire!
Brave soles for Little Discoverers, West Norfolk School for Parents
On Friday 14th November 2025, our team will step barefoot across burning embers at Norfolk’s biggest charity firewalk. We’re raising vital funds for Little Discoverers!
Why we’re taking part
In September 2024, our Son/Grandson, Freddie (3 years old) was diagnosed with a rare genetic condition called Smith-Magenis Syndrome.
We have been attending Little Discoverers for two years. Little Discoverers have supported Freddie’s learning and development in a way he enjoys and finds fun! In addition, this has enabled me, as his mother, to meet other parents alike, creating a community of support and friends for life!
Their unwavering support has been invaluable, particularly in navigating a journey that comes with parenting a child with a rare diagnosis.
Little discoverers provide early education for pre-school children with motor learning difficulties and delayed development. They put parents at the forefront of their child’s learning and development.
Every fiery step is for the young people and parents supported by Little Discoverers. Your donation helps Little Discoverers continue providing support to families in need.
