Each year, 1 in 4 people experience a mental health problem, and Mid Cheshire Mind have been working hard to support those in need.

We are running in their 5km Christmas Fun Run, Mental Elf. If you can spare a few pounds to help their vital work, it would be greatly appreciated. Even just £5 can help them continue to operate their helpline so people can access support when needed.
