Hello everyone!

I've decided to put my big girl pants on and do something both exhilarating and slightly terrifying 😬

This September, I'll be taking the ultimate leap of faith and freefalling from 15,000 feet as I complete a skydive in support of The Kirkwood.

The Kirkwood provides amazing, vital care to patients and their families, both at their hospice and in people's own homes and care homes across Kirklees.

The charity has helped my family several times over the years, most recently caring for my Grandma, who sadly passed away in October last year. Grandma was a nurse herself for many years, and the Kirkwood team looked after her with the same kindness, compassion and dignity that she gave to others throughout her lifetime. We truly couldn't have asked for more.

I'm not entirely sure what Grandma would think about my daredevil antics, but it's happening! 🤷🏼‍♀️
