We are Donna’s Tribe – a team of more than 20 proud past and present members of the Young Farmers movement, most of whom are based in Herefordshire.

Together, we are swapping our wellies for trainers in memory of a woman who meant the world to us — Donna.

Donna was not just a supporter — she was the beating heart of our community. A mother, a coach, a confidant, and a fierce champion of young people in farming. She believed in us when we didn’t believe in ourselves. She turned up, time and time again, with a kind word, a push in the right direction, and a smile.

Simply put, many of the team would not be the people they are today without her.

In her final weeks, St Michael’s Hospice provided Donna with the care, dignity, and compassion she deserved. Now, it’s our turn to give something back. This hospice is close to every team member’s heart, and each and every stride will go towards honouring their unrivalled dedication.
