On Sunday 24th March, I will be running Derby 10k. This is something I’ve been wanting to do for a long time but as I’m not a natural runner, I’ve wussed out every year.

Now that I’m approaching 40, I’ve got a list of things I want to do before I turn 40 next year. Running Derby 10k is one of them.

I will be raising money for Nottingham Central Women’s Aid. This is the charity that has been chosen to be our Charity of the Year at my work. It’s such an important charity supporting women & children to escape domestic abuse. Plus work will fund-match the money I raise.
