Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast, and totally secure. Recently, my family and I discovered that we carry the mutated BRCA2 gene. This gene significantly increases the risk of breast cancer and other cancers. After much thought, I have decided to undergo removal and reconstruction surgery this December. It has not been an easy decision, but I know it’s the right one for me.

Throughout this journey, Keeping Abreast has been an incredible source of support and guidance. Their dedication to helping individuals like myself navigate these challenges is inspiring.

To give back to this remarkable charity, I have decided to take on the Larking Gowen Norwich Half Marathon on November 23rd, 2025.
