Story

After completing my half marathon in October, I’ve decided to keep going with a November swim challenge — 21K in the pool (a half marathon in water!) to keep making waves for human rights.

I’m Rebecca Roberts, a singer, songwriter and activist. This October I’m taking on the Royal Parks Half Marathon to raise funds for Amnesty International, the world’s largest grassroots human rights organisation.

I’ve been training hard, running, swimming and stretching toward the finish line. Every donation helps Amnesty fight for human rights at home and around the world.

To make it more fun, I asked friends and audiences to vote on their favourite running themed songs and Running up that hill won the race. I’ve recorded a cover of “Running Up That Hill” by Kate Bush. You can download it for free.
