I am excited to share that I will be participating in the Sheffield Mutual Sheffield 10K on September 29, 2025, to raise funds for the Children's Heart Surgery Fund. This incredible charity has been a huge support for our family over the past couple of years.

When we learned during a routine scan that our daughter Amelia was diagnosed with a complex heart condition, our world turned upside down. We were informed that she would require life-saving open-heart surgery before her first birthday to give her the best chance at life. Thankfully, she underwent this surgery at just six months old last summer, and everything went according to plan, allowing us to cherish every moment as we watch her grow❤️.

The Children's Heart Surgery Fund has provided us with invaluable support during this journey. From emotional support to accommodation near the hospital, they ensured we could always be close when it mattered most. They also supplied essential medical equipment, toys, and everyday necessities that made our time in the hospital more manageable.
