As most of you know Down Syndrome Training and Support Services or as we call it in our house “Bingley” is very important to us as a family. They have been a massive support to us since Kasper was born! They have helped him with all his milestones growing up and prepared him to start mainstream school along with his peers and continue to support both us and school whenever we need them. Unfortunately due to the times we are in they as a charity need our support and help more than ever!!

I am running the Chevin Chase on Boxing Day this year and would like to raise some much needed funds for “Bingley” This will be my longest race I’ve ever tried 😬 with a lot of hills!! After a Christmas Day of eating lots 😩 Wish me luck!!
