Home-Start supports parents facing a variety of challenges, including mental health difficulties, financial pressures, loneliness, language and cultural barriers, post-natal illness, disability, long-term health issues, and major life crises like bereavement or family breakdown.

As a finalist for Miss Nottinghamshire Great Britain 2024, I am raising funds for Home-Start Nottingham, an incredible organisation that helps parents provide their children with the best start in life. Many of these parents are socially isolated and have no one to turn to for support.

You can also show your support by donating some much needed items in the clinic. The team at Enhance and I are collecting essential items to support Home Start - Nottingham's efforts, including:

- Shower gel, hand creams and self care items for families

- Small pots of playdoh for events and activities

- Pencils, stickers, stampers, and fidget toys for children's activities

- Art supplies for family projects

- Colouring/sketch books with pens and glue for activity packs
