Story

At Hospice of the Good Shepherd, we believe in providing compassionate care to those in need, free of charge. Each year, it costs £5.6 million to run our vital services, yet only 17% of our funding comes from statutory sources. The remaining 83% is raised through the incredible support of our local community in Cheshire and various fundraising activities.

This year, we are excited to announce the "Foamtastic Colourblast 2026" event! Join us on April 19th, 2026, for a fun-filled walk that promises to be a vibrant celebration of life and community spirit. Together, we can make a difference and help ensure that no one faces their final days alone or in pain.

We invite you to support our mission by helping us reach our target of £500 for this event. Your generosity will directly contribute to the care we provide at Hospice of the Good Shepherd. Let’s come together and create a wave of hope and love for those who need it most!

We are a group of mums and our children, aged 3–6 are coming together to support JustGiving for a local hospice charity that provides comfort, care, and support to families when they need it most. Through this fun and meaningful activity, we hope to teach our little ones the value of kindness, community, and giving back, while helping raise vital funds for the incredible work the hospice does every day. Every donation, big or small, will make a real difference — thank you for supporting us on this special journey.

Thank you
