Paul, Mandy and Julia are taking part in the Bedford Running Festival 5K* this September to help raise funds for Bedford Giving an exciting new movement that is seeking to give, get and grow a brighter future for our next generation in Bedford.

100% of the funds run programmes supporting young people. All their programmes are research-driven with youth voices at the very centre of all they do.

One of their programmes is career mentoring, here's a quote from a parent of one person who was supported.

"I genuinely couldn’t be more pleased my child has been given such an opportunity.

"When she started KA in September, she had very little confidence and at that time little thought had been given to life after school.

"It's solely thanks to her mentor that she now aspires to go to sixth form and study media and psychology with the view of going to university.

"As I am sure you will agree this is just amazing the impact having a mentor has had and we will be forever grateful”.
