Bedspace 60KM Challenge for Men’s Mental Health!

Bedspace Ltd is raising money for ANDYSMANCLUB

60KM Challenge

ANDYSMANCLUB facilitates groups where men aged 18 and above can speak openly about their issues in a non judgmental environment through shared experiences. Groups run nationwide every Monday 7pm except bank holidays and are completely volunteer-led with no charge to any man.

Story

This November, our team at Bedspace are taking on the Bedspace 60KM Challenge in support of Andy’s Man Club, a men’s suicide prevention charity offering free, peer-to-peer support groups every Monday evening across the UK. Their message is simple but powerful: #ITSOKAYTOTALK.

Suicide is the biggest killer of men in the UK. Every hour, 60 men around the world lose their lives to suicide, and we want to help change that. Throughout November, our Bedspace colleagues will be walking/running 60KM, to honour those lives and raise vital funds to help Andy’s Man Club continue their life-saving work.

💬 Why Andy’s Man Club?

Founded in 2016 by Luke Ambler and Elaine Roberts in memory of Andrew Roberts, Andy’s Man Club provides a safe space for men to talk openly without judgment, referral or waiting lists, even the brew and biscuits are on them! Their ultimate goal is to end the stigma around men’s mental health and prevent families from facing the pain of losing a loved one to suicide.

💪 How your donation helps:

Your support helps Andy’s Man Club to:

Open more support groups across the UK.

Train and equip over 1,000 volunteers who facilitate the clubs each week.

Provide free tea, coffee and biscuits at every session.

Deliver awareness presentations and materials to communities and workplaces.

Every penny raised goes directly towards keeping these doors open and conversations flowing, and it truly makes a difference.

🙏 Please donate if you can.

No matter the amount, your contribution will help change lives and bring us closer to a world where no family loses someone to suicide.

If you’re not able to donate, you can still support the cause by sharing this page and helping to spread the message that it’s okay to talk.

💙 Every step counts. Every conversation matters.
