Help Us Paddle for a Purpose – Support the Children’s Hospital Charity!

We’re thrilled to be taking part in Theo’s Dragon Boat Race 2025 on 1st June at Manver’s Lake, and we need your support!

Many of us working at Sheffield Hallam University, we’re uniting to raise at least £1,800 for a cause close to our hearts – The Children’s Hospital Charity.

The funds will go directly towards their £2 million capital appeal to build the National Centre for Child Health Technology (NCCHT). The NCCHT will be a place to develop world-leading research and build new technologies to solve the biggest challenges in children's healthcare. It will bring together children, clinicians, inventors and engineers under the same roof, with state-of-the-art facilities for manufacturing, digital development and the opportunity to deliver Sheffield Children’s clinical care.
