How are you? Out of 10?

That's the question Talk Club asks every man who walks through its doors. It's also the question I'll be asking 59 founders, one every hour, for 59 hours straight, live from Films at 59 in Bristol from 11 to 13 September for be HEARD.

If it goes to plan it will be the longest interviewing marathon ever recorded.

Why founders? Because building a business is lonely in a way that's hard to explain to anyone who hasn't done it. You're the person everyone else leans on. Nobody asks how you're doing, they ask how the business is doing. I've spent 7 years interviewing founders on the Founded & Grounded podcast and I've heard that same story hundreds of times, usually off mic.

Why Talk Club? Because they've built a movement which has created real impact: Over 100 clubs and counting. Their founder Ben Akers is one of the 59 founders being interviewed.
