💙 Help Me Reach £500 for Behind the Smile 💙
I’m taking part in a sponsored walk this August in memory of my friend, Zak Pritchard — and thanks to your generosity, I’ve already raised £200 🙌
I’d love to push this further, so I’m increasing my target to £500. Every donation makes a real difference.

On Saturday 29th August, I’ll be walking the Malvern Hills ridge route — starting from North Quarry Car Park, covering over 15 peaks, and finishing with the final push up Chase End Hill. It’s a tough challenge, but one with deep meaning.
Zak and I studied together at the University of Worcester. After he tragically took his own life, his family set up the charity Behind the Smile — supporting people struggling with mental health and those affected by suicide.
Behind the Smile works to:
Break the stigma around mental health
Support people who feel unable to reach out
Help those bereaved by suicide, who are often at greater risk themselves
This 10.5-mile walk — with over 6000ft of elevation — is about more than just the physical challenge. Every step is in memory of Zak, and for everyone still fighting their battles.
If you can, please consider supporting me — no amount is too small 💙 Or, if you’re up for the challenge, you can join the walk here: 👉 https://donate.giveasyoulive.com/charity/behind-the-smile/event/malvern-hills-ridge-walk-10-5-miles-for-smiles
