Thank you for being here. Your support means the world.
About Mark and the spark behind Believe
I first shared my wish to create a show with my friend, Luke Hope, and his husband, Chris. Before we lost Luke in January 2025, my friends and I had already been hit by cancer; in 2022 we lost our dear friend, Claire Harvey. I didn’t cope well with losing Claire. When we lost Luke, I promised to turn that grief into something positive. That promise became Believe.
About the show
What began as a small spark has become one of the most fulfilling projects I’ve ever worked on—built with love, late nights, the help of friends, and a lot of favours. For an hour, Believe invites you to breathe, laugh and lean into connection, kindness, a few good surprises and, of course, magic. If something moves you, please share a photo, leave a review, and—if you’re able—donate.
Why this page exists
Tonight we remember Luke, honour Claire’s legacy, and raise funds for people facing cancer right now. This page supports Guy’s Cancer Charity, so every donation here helps them do more for patients and families across Guy’s and St Thomas’.
