We are taking part in the Monster Dash Challenge to raise money for Active Communities, and we would love your support! 💪

Active Communities helps people of all ages in Salford get active, stay healthy, and connect with others. From youth clubs and holiday activities to dance, sports, and community events, their programmes make a real difference.

This cause means a lot to us cause we are part of an Active Communities netball team which helps us stay active, make new friendships and build our confidence and fitness levels every week 🩷

For the Monster Dash, we are challenging ourselves to run and walk continuously for an hour and every step will be in support of the amazing work Active Communities does.
