Can’t believe I am actually writing this post, as 2024 will be the year that I will turn 21 I decided to give myself a challenge! I know this one will be a massive challenge but after being inspired by watching my dad train and complete not 1 but 2 London marathons I have decided to follow in his footsteps… I am running my first ever marathon for ACTION HEART❤️ This one will be even more special as my dad, after saying 2022 was his last time running a marathon has agreed to train and run alongside me…

Myself and my dad will be doing this in honour of Action Heart and helping to raise money towards providing a cardiovascular rehabilitation service that helps people who suffer from a heart or vascular related condition. Coronary Heart Disease is now seen as one of the UK's biggest killer and Action Heart is dedicated to the primary and secondary prevention of this condition.
