Power of 4 2023 takes part from Wednesday 11th October until Friday 13th October 2023 - Inspired by David Goggins's Book "Can't Hurt Me"; We are taking part in this incredible challenge completing 4 MILES, EVERY 4 HOURS FOR 48 HOURS!

£5 is the average cost of one call to ChildLine. Volunteers have provided over 200,000 counselling sessions over the past year to children and young people in need of a safe space and support.
