Our annual fundraiser is back! Join us by putting your hats on for hope on Friday 28th March to help fund the fight to find a cure for all types of brain tumours.

Story

At Belle Coaches in Lowestoft we have decided to support wear a hat day for Brain Tumour Research. We will be raising money on Thursday 27th and Friday 28th March 2025. We have decided to not only weat hats but we have set up a Raffle and will be selling Cakes as well.

This particular charity is very much in our hearts and minds at the moment. We are a small team of colleagues and sadly one of our colleagues is having to deal with a brain tumour in their immediate family.

Beth, (our tours manager) has a younger brother who after an unexpected seizure was found to have a brain toumour, he had an operation shortly before christmas and after tests was told it was stage 4 brain cancer. He has just gone through 6 weeks of radiotherapy and faces more treatment in the future.

We all here at Belle Coaches would like to raise as much money as we possibly can not only to support Beth and her family but for everyone who is facing Brain tumours or who has faced one in the past.

We appreciate every single donation!

Thank you so much so far we are over whelemed by eveyones generosity!

Since its launch in 2010, Wear A Hat Day has raised more than £2.2 million to support scientific breakthroughs in our Research Centres of Excellence.

So, whether you favour a fedora or a fascinator, a beanie or a beret, by wearing your finest headgear and taking part, you can help bring hope to the one in three people who knows someone affected by a brain tumour.

You can make an even bigger impact when you invite other people to get involved and spread the fun as well as awareness of our cause.
