Story
The children of Seamab are launching their very first Be More You fundraiser and would be grateful for your support.
Seamab cares for and educates some of the most vulnerable children from across Scotland.

Thanks to a grant from the John Scott Charitable Trust, seven children from Seamab were able to attend the Columba 1400 Young People’s Leadership Academy this summer.

The Great Be More You Walk
Leading on from this, the children have created a movement for change within the school and are very excited to announce their very first Be More You fundraising event— The Great Be More You Walk - a whole-school sponsored walk on 31st October, from Glendevon to Dollar (fancy dress optional).

Their first goal is to raise £1,000 to place a Seamab stone in the grounds of Staffin, Skye, alongside the names of other schools and organisations who have benefited from the Columba 1400 experience. However, the children hope to raise even more, with the additional funds donated to the many incredible charities that work with Seamab to support its children. This is their way of giving back to the wider community in gratitude for the care they receive.
