From Stage 4 to the Dance Floor: Dancing My Socks Off for Maggie’s! 💃✨
Welcome to my JustGiving page! I am thrilled—and absolutely terrified—to announce that I am taking part in Strictly Maggie’s! I am swapping my everyday shoes for sequins and dance shoes for an incredible cause.
This journey is deeply personal. In January last year, I underwent two life-saving surgeries, followed by a Stage 4 Bowel Cancer diagnosis. During my toughest moments, Maggie’s Clatterbridge became my sanctuary. The free guidance and warmth they provide to families facing cancer is invaluable.
Now, I am embracing this challenge with three fierce intentions:
Raise vital funds so Maggie’s can continue their life-changing work.
Prove that life after a Stage 4 diagnosis can still be vibrant, positive, and full of amazing memories.
Challenge myself completely. I’ve never done anything like this, but I’m 100% committed to dancing my socks off and having a bloody good time doing it!
Every single pound helps make a massive difference. Please donate whatever you can to support my journey and this wonderful charity. Thank you so much!
