Every day in August this year I will attempt to complete a full HYROX simulation. That will be 31 HYROX in 31 days. I will aim to complete each event in under 75 minutes. I am doing this to raise funds for the Arthur Rank Hospice as they have supported friends of mine and their families over the years.
