On the 13th of October 2024 I will be taking part in the Royal Parks Half Marathon and this will be the first Half Marathon I will have taken part in and a real challenge for myself. I am raising money for Magen David Adom UK

Magen David Adom are the Israeli Red Cross, they run the ambulance network, deploy first responders in medical emergencies, provide blood donation banks and work closely with the Palestinian Red Crescent. With Israel at war and under constant attack their work is more important than ever.
