I’m running the GNR in memory of my Cousin Mike Harris who was taken too young (last September) by a relatively unknown disease ‘Vasculitis’.

I’ve wanted to take part in the Great North Run for a long time, I spent many childhood holidays in Geordie Land with my grandparents and the extended family, especially my beautiful cousin Karen who was also taken too young by Cancer.
