On 12/07/25 I will be taking part in the 24hour Snowdon Ultra marathon.

I will be attempting to ascend/descend the mountain 5 or 6 times during this period totalling a distance of 100km.

over the past two years I have completed the half marathon and marathon distances raising over £500 for charity.

This year, I will be personally pushing my mental and physical boundaries (or discovering them) and in doing so hope you will give me your support and encouragement (it will help me mentally in the dark spots) through sponsorship, all proceeds going directly to Cancer research Wales.

It seems all of us have been touched directly or indirectly by this disease, and any help we can give to support organisations like Cancer research Wales helps.

While I physically can, I will continue to help to raise funds for support organisations like Cancer Research Wales by entering and completing events like these.
